it depends on ur current level, do u have really bad English? then I will simply suggest to read a lot and consume simple English media then slowly consume more complex stuff

First of all relax. It's a common problem and everyone faces it. Second thing is read, read and read....a lot of stuff and solve a lot of RCs. And do active reading- mentally summarize every paragraph that you read and don't read fast....read very slowly and absorb everything thoroughly. Re-read a paragraph multiple times until you understand it properly. And as for solving questions- Always focus on elimination method. Analyze in your mind that why this option is correct and why others are wrong...when you have crystal clear analysis, only then choose the answer. And be patient and practice every single day. You will get better!
