Is it realistic for ab average student to score 95+ percentile in 4 months

I started my CAT preparation in December last year, but due to several reasons, I couldn't stay consistent. Now the exam is so close, and I'm overwhelmed with guilt. What should I do at this point? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
