Don't worry most CAT aspirants struggle with RC and CR in the beginning. Read slowly and, after each paragraph, ask yourself, "What is the author trying to say? Focus on the author's opinion and the flow of ideas rather than difficult words. For CR, identify the conclusion, evidence, and assumption before looking at the options. Consistent daily reading and thorough RC analysis will gradually make passage comprehension much easier.
