For me the best way is to keep an error log whenever you make a silly mistake note down exactly what went wrong instead of just checking the answer and after a few mocks you’ll start seeing the same mistakes repeating also don’t rush through QA just to save time most silly mistakes happen because we read too quickly or miss a small detail
