Ok, so there are 2 different packs of soap obviously by logic we know there net weight will be different and pricing will be also.
Here given, Reg. pack is "X rupees" & Family pack is "2X rs"
Next given, Per gram pricing-
Assume it is "Y rs/gram" for Reg and next given 10% less so it will be "0.9Y rs/gram" for the family pack

We are asked to find "[Wt(fam pack)-Wt(Reg pack)]/Wt(Reg pack)"

U know "per gram pricing" and "total price of a pack" so "to find total net weight of that pack" one have to divide the later 2 components.
Therefore; Wt(Reg pack)=X/Y & Wt(Fam pack)=2X/0.9Y - sustitute these in that above to be found eqn cancel out X & Y u will get ur answer. :)

{a daily use trick here is; when u go to market & shopkeeper aunty tell you bhendi is 10rs per kilo and you have 100 rs "how much will you but with all that 100rs?"
TBH i am like "give me whatever comes for 100rs..." kon karega calculation auntyji} :(
