it totally depends on how you are preparing. the syllabus isn't actually tough but at this point of time you should start your prepration smartly. you can watch anant's video on how to prepare for cat in 70 days

not sure about IIM but you can definitely score decent percentile, just focus on completing high weightage topics and give more mocks to know your weakness and strong points.
also, i will suggest solving all the pyqs so u will have an idea how unpredictable is the exam and what strategy u should follow
