I m planning to do syllabus till 29th sept and after that along with revision of what syllabus have done start giving mock. Just leaving the topics which are left for prep(planning to cover that with one shot later on after revision if time left). Is it right strategy. Guys pls give advice?

Start right now ittself. It will take you atleast 3-4 mocks to understand the attempt strategy, time management , and train your mind to work in the exam mode. You can start giving right now and just attempt the questions that you know. For example just going for 5questions in every section

usually it is recommended to start mock after just 30% completion of your syllabus and i think you should start giving mocks along with your preprstion atleast give one mock per week. eventho i am also following the same strategy. im focusing on completing my syllabus and solving qa question atleast 50-100 of each topics and im covering each topic in a day. and then will start with mocks form oct.But i do give sectionals once a week to check my progress.

Start mocks from now itself tbh u don’t need to wait till 29th even if some topics are left the first few mocks will help u understand your weak areas and improve question selection and time management u can continue the syllabus alongside and increase the mock frequency after 29th
