recently I started doing serious preparations and I realized that I hate quants and it just gets me frustrated every time I get wrong, and moreover, it takes most of my time, due to which I can't get the time to study other portions, I have devised that since varc has the smaller syllabus I will study it first and after which I will get to DILR and then I'll jump to quants, is this fine?

You should be working on all three sections simultaneously, just manage the time efficiently. Prepare a schedule and follow it religiously. Get comfortable with the basics first before jumping to advanced concepts. It will help.
