Which stream did you graduate in? Your marks look decent, if you're a non-engineer it is possible to get into top colleges. Regarding another chance - you surely can prepare but approach it differently this time. Take mocks and try figuring where the issue lies - what are the weaker areas, work on them and keep taking mocks to strengthen them.
