VARC 3–4 RCs daily are enough. Aim for 45–60 min including analysis.
DILR Spend 8–12 min thinking before looking at the solution. Start with 2 quality sets/day. With analysis, it should take 60–90 min.
QA Give 1.5–2 hrs/day with topic wise practice and error analysis.
And you’re absolutely right, sitting the whole day with 4 DILR sets is not useful. If a set is not moving after ~12 minutes, mark it, learn the key observation from the solution, and revisit it later.
CAT rewards smart analysis and consistency, not endless sitting.
