I can totally get you, keep practicing and give it time. More familiarity with it will get you there where you want to be. I am a non-engineer, trust me I have been there. You've got this my friend. All the best.

im facing this too...i think first watch a lecture on youtube on how to approach a question and to understand the concept, and also short methods of formulas to solve the questions

What video lectures to understand the basics.
Whatever concept you have understood, ask ChatGPT or any other AI tool to give you 5-6 variety of practice questions to solve.
Keep doing that for all the concepts in that topic that you seem to learn right after the lecture.
Whatever you struggle with - the terms, concepts, their identification - use AI tools to help you out

Even I was facing this problem, not just with this topic but with other topics too. So I did this, I spent some time again on learning the basic concepts and formulas, solving basic questions like direct formula application problems and easy level questions from other competitive exams and then I came back to CAT problems. This time I was able to understand the question more clearly and I was able to come up with an approach. So being very strong and clear with basics is important, it made me understand and interpret the question more clearly. If I was able to attempt like 3 to 4 out of 10 questions before , now I am able to attempt 6 to 7 questions out of 10 after working with basics. This worked for me, I hope this works for you too. Good luck.
