I tried to start my prep through sitting techniques taking 10 question at a time but sometimes I'm not able to solve a single question, what should I do to not feel demotivated

Dont compare yourself. Trust me i also feel demotivated when i see others doing better but lets focus on ourself and our efforts

I agree with Rashmi. Firstly, don't compare. They may be repeating, may have better basics. It is fine. You can catch up or even get better. You just need to know the right way. During sittings, it is not important to get each question right. It is fine if you get 0/10 correct. The key is to LEARN from the solution as to how the question was to be solved. Over times those learnings will help you solve questions eventually.
