That's the problem- You think RCs are about reading, which is partly true. To get RCs correct you will have to solve tons of RCs and apply certain techniques to spot traps in options. Just reading books or articles or newspapers is not going to help you in getting better at solving RCs. Whenever you're reading an RC- focus on the author's tone, read slowly and understand every word properly, mentally summarize every paragraph in your head. And Whenever you're solving the questions- you should know from which paragraph that question came from...if you have any doubts immediately go to that para and double check. And always use elimination- don't just choose the right option, eliminate the wrong ones. You should know precisely why this option is correct and why others are wrong. There are lot of traps like reversal, overstatement, out of scope....eliminate those traps and choose the right option. Mostly the options are designed in a way that all of them seem correct, which is why it is crucial to eliminate. Practice more and more RCs like this and you'll improve.

Hi Monish,
My Recommendations is Don;t Force youself in early stage you have to solve this RC In 5min That;s why are lacking take your time . You Are thinking you are doing a lot of reading that is not true you were reading but how did you understanding the topic of each line. Didn't you?
Make A Vocbulary Notes find 10 new words every day and repeat
Now your next step you should stop forcing your start solving only one para one time not 4 then look for question ..... if you don't understand then again read
Take 1 hr for one RC In 1w then After Reduce your time and read.read read but reading means justlike ok i am with thisand juming to RC first trying to understand the Passage you read do.
After That You Should Fell little bit confidence ... And Don't Worry if you got only 1 or 2 answer correct try to analyze and then repeat

Hi Bro, try reading a paragraph, RC, and summarize it in your own words. Writing a small 5-10 line paragraph it will help you check the accuracy of your understanding.
