unable to put the learning while in tests

hey guys i have studied qa from rahul sir mba wallah great teacher
but 1 thing i have noticed i learned the approaches and shortcut or easy way of question handling from him i solve variety of questions given by him some of them are very high level as well even they get solve in fact pyqs as well
but when i tried to apply these methods and techniques in mocks of cl they do not get solved when i see the solution they solve it by a typical long lenghty methods which i feel whats the point then if these question dont get solve in few minutes
its more time consuming and we cant afford it
either the approach is only question centric specific or cl solution is typical very traditonal
just and observation thought to tell you guys
anyone have gone through it let me know how to tackle

yess this is actually very common. You must give more sectionals to improve question identification . If your accuracy is quite good, don't focus much on whether you are solving using a shortcut or not. In the exam, your natural instincts will choose the question and solve it as per your practice. So you must revise the formulas+ specific question types (with shortcuts).
