unable to solve Varc section please help.

see what helped me a lot in rc was the elimination technique. Instead of looking for the correct option immediately, try to eliminate options that contradict the passage or go beyond what the author is saying and after every rc analyse why you got a question wrong and note down recurring traps ....for va focus on the logical flow of sentences in parajumbles and look for the opening sentence, connections between ideas and how the paragraph develops...for para summary focus on the central idea and avoid options that add information which is not given in the passage...always analyse why the other options are incorrect and lastly would say consistent practice along with proper analysis can really help

start with va take your time and then go for rc i know its not the tradtional way but sometimes mind needs change in regular pattern try it for a week if it gets good then adapt it prperly during the last 2 week of D DAY
