Read a lot and build laser focus, accuracy and reading stamina. Solve 4-5 CAT level RCs back to back without distractions and read very slowly, do not rush and focus purely on getting answers correct. Keep doing this and over time speed will improve. Second thing is give a lot of sectionals and always analyze your answers....why you got an answer wrong or why you got it correct. Learn from it and do not repeat the same mistakes. Always use option elimination....you should be able to eliminate the wrong options that don't match the passage's claims or ideas.
