you have to decide that you have to do rc first or va , give few mcks and check which way you can do better . i personally prefer doing va first , i tried doing rc but then i consume all my time in rc
regarding time distribution i do like va 10-15 min rc 25 min
you can also do 10/30 mins , it depends how much faster you can do and ofc focus on accuracy than the number of attempts
which rc to choose for that you have to see if you are familiar with the genre and how are the questions and how long is the passage
i skip the rc if there are so many exept questions
you will know all of it when you practice
