Learn to eliminate options properly and keep practicing. Read and solve dense RCs everyday and you'll get better.

read as much as you can like articles or aeon essays. Also start with solving easy rc's first then gradually move towards the hard ones and practice VA questions as well on daily basis.

I m getting good marks in VARC so can share some things
1. Dont just eliminate options but learn from solutions
2. Read passage first solve questions after that
3. Focus on getting an idea of passage not entire maning
4. Get used to sitting for 30-40 mins straight as reading drains you

try to understand the process and logic of varc first
watch tutorials from gejo speaks or iquanta so that you understand the process
try solving easier ones first to build mindset
then keep practicing
