For me to get the OBC NCL Certificate is taking time and exceeding the deadline of the application , is there any work around that can still help me eligible for OBC NCL category if yes can anyone please provide the details of it so i can go through and get my application done

u should submit the obc nc proforma from CAT official website and get it signed by tehsildar or something, u can check out the website for full details
