For obc caste they're asking ncl certificate which have to come like 20-30 days , so I searched in Google, google told me I can apply for NC obc certificate in offline but they're saying they don't provide any nc obc certificate now I'm cooked

No way nc obc certificate given in 2 days

i have faced the same issue and then i went to a cyber cafe they suggetsted me to apply for NC- OBC certificate that comes around in 7 days (which i told them to take my application in emergency case). i'd suggest that you go to any cyber cafe near you and told them about your situation, might they can help and sugget for a better way
