Did anyone applied to any colleges till date or are planning to apply before CAT exam?

Please let me know which colleges I should apply to as my plan B. And which colleges' application forms close before the CAT exam? Also, do PGDM and MBA have different application forms, or can we select both while applying to any college? Please let me know; I am really confused.

Thinking of GIM. Their Round 1 closes on 22nd of this month.
