can we really get SPJIMR,MDI ,ISB at 80-85 percentile?

Just a few days ago, I came across a consultancy that claims I can get admission to ISB, MDI, or SPJIMR through profile-based seats after completing their profile enhancement course. Is this legitimate, or is it a scam?
