I am a final year student and used 9.5 conversion factor for CGPA instead of 10 which is supposed to be used as per the guidelines of DU. Should i fill a new form or can it be resolved via grievance portal?

Raise it through the grievance portal first if they reply and tell u how to correct it follow that if u don’t get a response contact the CAT helpdesk before submitting a fresh form rather than making a second application on your own
