CAT Form Filling Guide

Question

My name of 10th Marksheet is AC. My name on all other documents is ABC.

A: First Name
B: Middle Name (Father's Name)
C: Surname

While filling CAT form, they are asking to fill name as per the 10th Marksheet. So, what should i do?

fill it as per 10th marksheet only ... because your 10th marksheet name is fed in reference to your birth certificate

what i mean is ,,, your name in birth certificate is AC, so 10th marksheet shows AC also
