My 4th sem exams have been conducted in July however my results are not out yet. So, should I wait for my 4th sem marksheet or should I fill the form with 3 marksheet I have?

Yes, u can whatever marksheet u have right now
I have same problem, my 4th sem result is not declared. I filled the form with 1,2,3sem aggregate total percentage
