I have an OBC certificate but it does not clearly state that it is a Non Creamy Layer certificate and the certificate is from 2022
I have already applied for a new OBC Non Creamy Layer certificate but it has not arrived yet because there are some issues with the certificate
My existing OBC certificate does however contain a declaration stating that I do not belong to the Creamy Layer as specified under Column 3 of the Schedule of the Government of India Department of Personnel and Training
Can I submit my existing OBC certificate along with the declaration available on the CAT website and the application number for the new certificate or should I fill out the form as general

if your new certificate is on the way and you are sure that it will come then you should make a pdf by combining your old certificate plus nc-obc undertaking form plus a proof that you have applied for a new certificate and submit that pdf while filling CAT registration form and apply as a Nc obc not general
