there is an issue with the text for things like permutation and combination something like this
(from todays daily challenge)
Step 1 - $p_1=4,\ p_n=3p_{n-1}+2$. Adding 1: $p_n+1=3(p_{n-1}+1)$. Step 2 - Hence $p_n+1=(p_1+1)\,3^{n-1}=5\cdot 3^{n-1}$, so $p_n=5\cdot 3^{n-1}-1$. Step 3 - Need $5\cdot 3^{n-1}-1>10^6 \Rightarrow 3^{n-1}>200000.2$.
