Common misconception is that you won't get NC-OBC certificate if parent's salaray is more than 8LPA.. I used to believe this too..
But later came to know that it is the limit for Other income sources like Rental income/FD/ Agriculture income etc. The other income is considered, and it should be less than 8LPA.. Your father's job salary is not considered.
If you already have a state certificate of BC, then use that+ get an income certificate of ur father.. clearly mention the Other income( i used my parent's ITR filed)+aadhar+ state caste certificate
Just recheck if u need anything else on google.. But this should be fine
