I am currently in 5th sem. and I have 2 years CGPA , So which one should I fill in the form(1st year aur second year cgpa). Also, when I'm filling out the form , Delhi university option isn't coming up , so should i choose Other university or Central university.

try searching for university of delhi ....idk abt the cgpa concept
