1. you should try contacting CAT authorities first for queries/doubts via email or a phone call. this is info given on their contact page:
For queries regarding CAT Registration, Application and Payment Processing, Document uploading please call only on the Toll Free number.
Monday to Saturday excluding holiday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

You can also raise a ticket for your queries on the Grievance Portal. Grievance Portal is available for all registered candidates through the Registered Candidate Login (available as a separate tab inside the application login).
For Academic queries like eligibility, category and PwBD certificate , please contact CAT Centre office with contact details as follows. (Please note that CAT Centre should NOT be contacted for any issue related to CAT registration, application or payment processing)
