I'm filling my cat form and they asked us not to scan photo and category certificate what does it actually mean. does it mean that i should not click my photo at home usking back camara

it is not necessary to scan it means just click pic of that and it should be in right dimension and size like your pic should be in jpg or jpeg 1200*1200 max 1mb sign pic not more than 80kb

yeah , use a scanner from an internet cafe or ask your friends/relatives if you dont own a scanner
