hey, it shouldn't be as, because your uni placements were bad that you're looking up to prepare for cat, study only if you are really interested in, if not you can work as well, as the work exp will boost your chances of getting selected, but if you really wanna pursue an mba in top b school, yes you can hava a drop, but that's never necessary, work well and give time for your preparation, it helps!!!
