I dont have a NC-OBC certificate till now, I have applied for it today and I am not sure whether I will get it before the last day of application , so I need to submit three documents in a single pdf as per the details mentioned in cat 2026 website which are 1.undertaking form 2.older nc-obc certificate 3.acknowldgement of application of the nc-obc certificate and they have mentioned if any one of these is missed in the pdf, I will be disqualified from the admission process. The issue is this is the first time I am applying for this certificate and I dont have older nc-obc certificate then how can I put category as nc-obc , the risk is higher, anyone help if know something

same case for me i have applied first time for NCL. Please Answer if anyone knows

You can submit that PDF which website mentions dw, since you dont have an old nc obc certificate, you can add the receipt that you get after applying for the certificate, last year i did the same thing dont worry, in fact i think your NCOBC certificate comes in around 10-15 days mine came in 13 days last year so still if you dont want any risk just add the receipt.
