Need guidance regarding a backlog and CAT admissions

Hi everyone,

I'm from Delhi University and unfortunately got a backlog in my 7th semester (4th year/final year). I'll be appearing for the back exam in December 2026, and I'm confident I'll clear it.

I'm preparing for CAT, and I wanted to know:

How will this affect the MBA admission process?
What should I mention in the CAT application form or college forms regarding the backlog?
Will having a backlog at the time of applications create any major issues if I clear it in December?
