My non creamy layer certificate of obc is expired so how can I still apply in that section ??

My obc ncl non creamy layer certificate is expired and it'll take a whole month to renew so I'm confused how should I apply for it do I have to fill the undertaking form while filling the cat form ?

you can always apply for renewal of certificate, if not you can fill the undertaking letter for obc-nc

It takes 7 days, and you can get it made on tatkal, will recieve in 3-4 days.
