Same here. I guess we can start first with whatever we feel is easy and then continue on the track.

I also felt this when I started a few days ago. What worked for me was setting very low expectation like I would do only 5 questions and even if 0 are correct no problem and then I will not do more for that day. Slowly it improved. I am a fitness freak so I knew this strategy works there and so I tried here and it worked

It's okay, it is always difficult to kickstart the process and there's a lot of inertia in the beginning. How about we try baby steps? How about you just read 1 article tomorrow? Or solve one RC? Or do 5 questions like someone suggested. The key is to not push yourself. Sometimes the vastness of how much one has to do leaves them paralysed.
I'll give you my own example. Till a few months back, I was working with a lot of brands and honestly it was tiring. I reached a point where I just didn't want to work. Like I literally felt like someone is forcing me to work. And if I didn't work I felt guilty. And work kept piling on which made me feel worse. Hope you're able to relate.
So, what did I do? I stopped making a to-do list. Because seeing that would overwhelm me and I'd not start only. Instead, I'd just think of one thing I need to do and break it up into tiny bits. E.g. if I have to record a video, I'd just go and set up the camera. That is it. Somehow, just starting made me want to continue. But, the key is to not push yourself. If I didn't feel like recording after setting up the camera, fine I won't. But, it mostly turned out to be so that I ended up recording.
This is called momentum. And it comes when your brain feels what you're doing is doable. If you see 1500 questions of Quant as the entire syllabus obviously there will be that paralysis. So, just ask yourself - Can I try just 5? Not even solve. Just try? Or just 1?
