I have the NC-OBC certificate, which is in the Andhra Pradesh state format. How do I get a central format certificate for CAT? The people at the local Meeseva center don't seem to get it. If anyone from Andhra got it done (central format), can you please provide me with a link or picture of it so I can give them an idea?
