I have applied for EWS certificate, and I have not received it yet, so can I fill the form, as I do not have the EWS certificate for the past year. Should I wait for it to arrive and then fill the form, or can I fill it? ANYBODY who is EWS and have filled the form PLZ GUIDE.

You should wait as the time for filling form is too much
