Hii di, it would be helpful if the error log for questions is added, where we can note down why we made the mistake (due to passive reading, calculation mistake, lacking conceptual clarity, taking lot of time or careless observation) at the first go, and while revising or coming back to it later, it would help us to get rid of the passive revision.
