Can I Get into Top IIMs or colleges with the below profile?

Hi ma'am,
I'm preparing and targeting CAT 2026 and have 21 months of work experience after I graduated in 2024 completing my Bachelor's (BTech Engineering). I am a GEM candidate.
I have got 74% in 10th and 63% in 12th.
and in my graduation my cgpa was 9.26 (81 percent).
can I still target top tier 1 MBA colleges including iims, realistically? Also please could you guide, what percentile should I target?

Tbh, it is tough for engineers especially GEMs and with your profile top IIMs may be very difficult, especially ABCL even at the highest of percentiles. The best shot is IIM-L and FMS. Newer IIMs are also doable.
