Can someone with 3yr gap get into iim and hav no work experience

i have done btech in 2023 and after that have 3 yr gap till now with no work experience. Can i be able to get admission in good iim if i score good around 98-99 percentile?

Yes, you can absolutely get admission to a good IIM even with a three-year gap and no work experience.

You are good to go if u can frame well what u did in these 3 years . Gap year doesn't directly stops u to getting into iims. Instead it gave some sort of extra chances to grill u during ur interview that's it.
