Can I we still eligible into IIMs like Ahmedabad or Bangalore?

So in my class 10th i got 72% and in class 12th 75% and in grads I got 7.32 CGPA at 10 point scales ..I know i can't change the marks , but I wanna know what skills should I develop so I can make it into IIMs and can pass the interview like they do reject people with bad 10th , 12th and graduation marks at first
