I got 77% in 10th and 70% in 12th and I am a B.Sc. maths student and What percentile should I target to get into IIM?

u should target 99.5+. it is very hard for GEMs

Read your reply to Ravish's comment. Assuming you don't have work-ex I'd suggest 99+ for top institutes on the safe side. For others 95+ would also do.
