Not really, firstly you'll have to define top colleges because there are different tiers even within top ones. ABC, FMS come in the same range. L,K,I would be in a separate league. For ABC and FMS, the average is around that number, but not everyone gets that. I graduated from A in 2020, my CTC was 28 LPA. But in-hand was 22. This is the case at most top B-schools, a significant part of your salary is starting bonus, that is why never believe 1 cr claims. To answer your question, most B-schools don't reveal their minimum but at ABC and FMS they're not below 14-15. And they'll also be just a few candidates. Most would get 20+
