Can someone kindly explain what 'admissions open' for the b schools mean right now? Do I need to register? But what is the registration for?

You need to register to a particular B school if you want your scores / profile to be evaluated for the admission to the particular B-school. Just private college things to charge registration fees from students.

the registration makes us eligible for the b school and they will consider our profiles. without registration we cant apply to that specific college
