academic marks and internship

Percentage of 10-12 are given weightage in only few top IIMs and B -schools not all of them give weightage to 10-12 marks. However , if someone have very good score they get competitive advantage at the time of shortlisting and PI rounds . Internship is counted if paid and done after completion of graduation .

Past grades matter in most of bschools, but it's not dead end. Internship is not counted under exp.
