If I already have a Master's degree should I prepare for CAT?

My profile is 9.8 CGPA in 10th, 85% in 12th, 8.44 in BTech and 9.55 in MTech with 2 years work ex. My question is having done a Master's degree already, going for an MBA is that a bit problematic for my profile?
