Appeared for cat thrice. But my mistakes in prep and past acads are haunting. Please help

I am GEM candidate 10th- 91.2% 12th- 59.6% Grad- Btech in Civil engg- 66% I have 18 months gap and 13 months of work ex as a supervisor in a small manufacturing factory. I appeared for cat thrice but the highest I could ever get was 62.79%le, which wont get me anywhere decent. This being my third attempt and also me being 26, my parents stand opposed for another cat attempt, though I want to appear again. As of now I have converted a low tier college with avg ctc 6 lpa and mostly sales placements. I am very confused. I know my profile wont stand a chance at IIM BLACKI but is there any chance ? Any decent bschool ? Please help.

You can get a better institute than one with 6 LPA and what is the point of joining that institute if you already have work-ex. Your salary increment won't be much and those 1-2 years will be an opportunity cost. Better to take the exam again or gain more work-ex.
