What do you mean by zero knowledge about the subjects?
Anyways Dummy college??? Whatever it is should be from private/state or other university,
oh criteria for CAT exam is 50% it makes you eligible for exam, if you want to focus on FMS Delhi I read about as I want to pursue it too, FMS Delhi focus mainly on CAT Percentile (which should be 99.5-99.7+ to consider good) and your personal Interview and Extempore (topic is given on time and you will have to speak on it with your opinion and suggestions)
Secondarily to shortlist further they do can check through your profile and work experience, if you are a female or from a category, your 10th 12th and graduation percentages etc
One suggestion since you will be transitioning from Bio to a technical field try to get habitual with CAT subjects first instead of worrying about percentile and especially Quants as it includes math and go through formulas and recite tables, identities, squares, square roots, cubes, cube roots, fractions, decimal and percentages, etc.
