HELLO, MY PROFILE IS 5/7/7, GENERAL MALE WITH NO WORK EX, THERE IS ANY CHANCE THAT I CAN CONVERT ANY TOP IIMs. OR I SHOULD FIRST TAKE SOME WORK-EX AND THEN START MY CAT PREPRATION.

Your profile is very weak. If you're an engineer then you'd have to target around 99.8 or 99.9 to get calls from top b-schools. If you're non engineer then around 99.4 percentile. You have to absolutely ace CAT to get top b-schools. I would also recommend to give other exams like NMAT and SNAP.
